Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail or event settings to promote products/services and drive sales.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to share with the sales and product development teams.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines at all times.
- Track and report sales performance metrics using provided tools or systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (retail, hospitality, or events preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- High energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Minimum high school diploma; higher education in business or marketing is a bonus.
