Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in Bali's construction and industrial sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Zoomlion's machinery solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction with machinery performance.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in machinery, equipment, or industrial products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Technical knowledge of machinery or willingness to learn.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
