As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, market development, and client acquisition to position Procell’s innovative biotech solutions. Your ability to navigate cross-cultural business environments and deliver tailored sales strategies will be instrumental in achieving our expansion goals.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets in Bali and surrounding regions, aligning with company growth objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the biotech and healthcare sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the China HQ and regional teams to ensure seamless communication, product knowledge transfer, and sales strategy alignment.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting Procell’s unique value propositions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and meet revenue targets.
- Represent Procell at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and foster repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or international capacity.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin or Indonesian is highly advantageous.
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments and managing remote teams or international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Southeast Asia and occasionally to China HQ.
