Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base in the manufacturing sector.
- Coordinate cross-functional project plans, ensuring alignment with production, logistics, and client expectations.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
- Liaise with internal teams (production, supply chain) to resolve bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM systems with accurate client data, sales pipelines, and project status updates.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to foster long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or account management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain logistics, or B2B sales is a plus.
