Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our products/services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, preferably in B2B or account management roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
