As the GT Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the General Trade channel across Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions, product launches, and inventory management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Drive brand visibility and market penetration through effective trade marketing and merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the General Trade channel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in a competitive environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Bali market dynamics and distributor networks.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing market conditions, and travel extensively within the region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
