Responsibility
- Coordinate and streamline sales processes to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records with precision.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align strategies and improve workflows.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet targets.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing contracts, and processing documentation.
- Provide exceptional support to clients and internal teams to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
