Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
