Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for HVAC systems and services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in air conditioning technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, property developers, and facility managers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proposed solutions meet technical specifications and customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support, including coordination with installation teams and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, engineering, or technical products.
- Strong understanding of air conditioning systems, ventilation, and climate control solutions (training provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
