Responsibility
- Conduct regular client visits to present product offerings and identify sales opportunities.
- Accurately record and process customer orders, ensuring timely and error-free submissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management for performance tracking.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with order management systems or CRM tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) for client visits.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
