Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, technical) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client value.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position our products effectively.
- For Senior Account Managers: Mentor junior team members and lead strategic account planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or client relations (1-3 years for Junior, 5+ years for Senior).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the technology sector and ability to explain complex solutions simply.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- For Senior Account Managers: Experience in team leadership and strategic sales planning.
