Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective and existing clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches and improve service offerings.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
