Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for heavy machinery in Bali.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including construction companies, contractors, and government projects, through cold calls, site visits, and industry networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Zoomlion’s machinery.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare quotes, and finalize sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Provide post-sales support, including coordination with service teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and technical support) to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or industrial products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, cranes) and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
