Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sales and manpower solutions sector.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on labor laws, industry regulations, and best practices in manpower solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manpower solutions, recruitment, or HR services is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is an advantage.
