Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for electrical products and solutions.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our electrical solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customized solutions and address client technical requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, account management, and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the electrical engineering field.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical engineering or industrial products sector.
- Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, components, and solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally internationally for client meetings and events.
