Responsibility
- Conduct field marketing activities to identify and engage potential clients in Bali.
- Present and promote financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity logs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new financial products.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
