Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for drilling fluids products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including oil & gas companies, drilling contractors, and industrial suppliers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the oil & gas, industrial, or chemical sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
