Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
