Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Bali to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, present product solutions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting product benefits and competitive advantages.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and submit detailed reports to management on a routine basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in general trade, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data and market feedback.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
