This dynamic position focuses on driving sales of high-quality food ingredients, general trade (GT), modern trade (MT), and Horeca products to traditional markets and businesses across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a key member of our sales team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for food ingredients, GT, MT, and Horeca products in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including traditional market vendors, restaurants, and retailers.
- Identify and onboard new customers through proactive outreach, market visits, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and competitive advantages of our offerings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer insights to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the F&B, food ingredients, or Horeca industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or traditional market environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) for reporting and data management.
- Ownership of a motorcycle (motoris) and a valid driver’s license for field sales activities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a bonus.
