Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the electrical and industrial automation sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored electrical and automation solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical, industrial, or automation sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand technical requirements.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a hunger for growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
