Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company’s reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, preferably in B2B or industrial product sales.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations or logistics is a significant advantage.
