Responsibility
- Engage with potential and existing customers to promote financial products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and meet targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
