Responsibility
- Assist walk-in and offline customers with inquiries, providing clear and accurate information about products and services.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Generate and provide quotations for products, tailoring them to meet customer needs and budget.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Record and manage customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
- Follow up with customers to confirm order details, delivery status, and feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM or order management systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage customer data accurately.
- Basic knowledge of import-export processes or willingness to learn.
