Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business.
- Ensure even distribution of products across assigned territories to maximize market penetration.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in consumer products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) for reporting and data management.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and adapt to flexible working hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous.
