Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our premium chocolate selections with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, ensuring displays are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments with precision.
- Educate customers on product origins, ingredients, and pairing suggestions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, product rotation, and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store performance goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in promotional events, tastings, and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles, preferably in luxury or F&B sectors.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Passion for high-quality products, particularly chocolates, confectionery, or gourmet foods.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems; training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and peak holiday seasons.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising and store aesthetics.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
