As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Modern Trade (MT) outlets, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s market presence in key areas such as Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade (MT) outlets, retailers, and distributors in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for consumer goods.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product stock levels, merchandising, and promotional compliance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market reach in Bali.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape, particularly Modern Trade outlets, is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali (own vehicle/motorcycle is preferred).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
