Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients in the Sumatera region.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our consumer electronics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to expand the company’s network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Sumatera region.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
