Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain a robust client database of contractors, developers, and retailers in Bali.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the construction sector.
  • Visit construction sites, hardware stores, and developer offices to promote products and secure orders.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to clients to ensure they select the right materials for their projects.

Qualifications

  • Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle for field visits (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with Bali’s construction market is a strong advantage.
