Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a robust client database of contractors, developers, and retailers in Bali.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the construction sector.
- Visit construction sites, hardware stores, and developer offices to promote products and secure orders.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical advice to clients to ensure they select the right materials for their projects.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, hardware, or construction-related products.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including contractors, developers, and retail outlets.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle for field visits (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- High integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) for reporting and database management.
