Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bookstore owners and retail managers across Bali.
- Present and promote Andi Offset's book catalog to potential and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and activity logs on a weekly basis.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's retail network in Bali.
- Provide excellent after-sales support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail or book distribution.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
- Familiarity with Bali's retail landscape is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across assigned regions.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
- Passion for books and reading is highly desirable.
