Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for consumer products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and end customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to deliver accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, consumer products, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
