Responsibility
- Assist in daily operations across retail, logistics, and supply chain departments to gain cross-functional experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot inefficiencies in workflows, systems, or processes, proposing actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with senior managers to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to support strategic decisions.
- Participate in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely product distribution.
- Support customer service initiatives, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and presentations on performance metrics, project progress, and improvement opportunities.
- Engage in leadership training sessions and workshops to develop managerial and decision-making skills.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality control measures in all operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of retail, supply chain, or consumer products industries is a plus.
