Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the Bali region as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
