Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including retailers, hotels, and restaurants in assigned territories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Commonwealth Foods’ product portfolio.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and assess competitor activities.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to prospective customers.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, product launches, and other sales initiatives.
- Monitor inventory levels at client locations and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is an advantage.
