Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in Bali’s dynamic market.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market, including local businesses, expatriate communities, and tourism sectors, is a plus.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
