As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Senior Sales Representative to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that we attract and retain high-value clients. Responsibility
- Assist the Senior Sales Representative in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our eco-friendly products.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the eco-friendly or sustainable products industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
