Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about TÜV SÜD’s services and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and account managers, to develop customized proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management on progress toward targets.
  • Respond to customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating issues as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and TÜV SÜD’s service offerings to effectively position solutions in the market.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in sales techniques and product expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus.
