Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the branch team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff scheduling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales management, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional knowledge of Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in sales tracking software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
