Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of INGCO products.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote INGCO products and expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the retail or industrial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
