Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Lok Kawi region.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight value propositions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a target-oriented mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for client visits.
