Responsibility

  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels across retail outlets to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with distributors, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely product replenishment.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and seasonal demand.
  • Liaise with retail partners to address stock-related issues and optimize product placement.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and replenishment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align replenishment strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all replenishment activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, inventory management, or retail operations, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and distribution networks is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a customer-centric approach.
