Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Mashgate’s client base in Bali’s luxury property and equipment rental market.
- Manage end-to-end rental processes, from client inquiries to contract finalization, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, expatriates, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive pricing, and emerging opportunities in the regional rental sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, vendors, and partners to maximize profitability.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support, including troubleshooting and client retention initiatives.
- Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, revenue growth) and prepare regular performance reports for management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or rental management, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality, or equipment leasing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing to team goals.
- Familiarity with Bali’s property market, tourism industry, or high-end rental demand is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or incentive trips.
