Responsibility
- Manage and process sales and rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with clients, sales teams, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth rental transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date records of sales, rentals, and inventory using digital tools and databases.
- Prepare and distribute reports on sales performance, rental utilization, and revenue metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to enhance client retention.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and rental bookings.
- Monitor contract renewals, deadlines, and payment schedules to avoid discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation of transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or rental operations (automotive industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
