Responsibility
- Engage with customers to promote and sell optical products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about eyewear features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective promotional strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the retail team to implement marketing campaigns and special promotions.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in optical retail and eyewear fashion.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and customer engagement.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
