Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Pop Mart products, including limited editions and exclusive releases
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product organization
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency
- Contribute to achieving daily/weekly sales targets through proactive selling techniques
- Participate in store events, promotions, and product launches as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in collectibles, toys, or fashion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Passion for pop culture, collectibles, or retail trends is a strong advantage
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail certifications are a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Indonesian or Mandarin) are beneficial
