Responsibility
- Provide professional eyewear consultations and style recommendations to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations
- Educate customers about OWNDAYS products, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay updated on eyewear trends and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fashion, eyewear, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer skills for POS and inventory systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
