Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end retail operations across multiple store locations in Bali, ensuring consistency in brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including promotional campaigns, inventory management, and staff training programs.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square meter, conversion rates, foot traffic) and implement data-driven improvements to enhance store performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of store managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Anker’s values.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of launches, promotions, and inventory replenishment.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion or optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards across all retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and local partners to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, IT, or premium retail sectors.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency in multi-store environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in retail KPIs, P&L management, and inventory control.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, retail management software, and CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
