Responsibility
- Engage with customers in retail stores, events, and promotional activities to drive product awareness and sales.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and benefits to potential customers, encouraging trial and purchase.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Set up and maintain promotional displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and market insights to share with the sales and marketing teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product placements and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Represent the brand professionally at all times, upholding the company’s values and reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, promotions, or customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with a passion for product promotion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
