Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular field visits and follow-ups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve client concerns.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in field sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with the Bali market and its business landscape is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
