Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, growth opportunities, and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape to position the company as a leader.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, sales, or client services, preferably in a global or B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with process management, GMP standards, or international business practices is a plus.
